Vacuum Emulsifying Unit

Overview and Application Scope

The vacuum emulsifying unit is a new-type vacuum emulsifying equipment. It integrates multiple functions, including homogenization, emulsification, mixing, dispersion, air extraction, heating, and cooling. Moreover, it is mainly applicable to several key industries, such as cosmetics, food, chemical engineering, and pharmaceuticals. Specifically, for paste, cream (or colloid) materials with viscosity below 50,000 cp, it performs homogenization, emulsification, and stirring under vacuum conditions to obtain high-quality products. Additionally, we design and manufacture this equipment to fully comply with GMP national standards.

Core Equipment Features

2.1 Temperature Control Function

We equip the equipment with heating and cooling devices. According to the process requirements of users’ products, operators can freely select the working temperature and time, and the equipment displays and controls the material temperature in real time.

2.2 Hygienic Design

We make all parts of the equipment that contact materials from high-quality stainless steel and non-toxic, harmless materials. This design ensures the hygienic quality of the final products and meets industry hygiene standards.

2.3 Pressure Vessel Compliance

For pressure vessel inspection needs, we provide all pressure vessels with permission certificates from qualified design and manufacturing units. This ensures the equipment strictly complies with relevant national regulations on pressure vessel design and manufacturing.

Control Mode Differences

3.1 Touchscreen Control Mode

The touchscreen control mode has multiple practical functions. First, it can set parameters for several groups of modes to meet the production needs of different products. Second, it can save daily work records for future reference and review. Third, it can display temperature change coordinate curves, which help users observe, analyze, and record during production. Fourth, it can connect to a printer to print temperature curves and work records for official documentation. Fifth, it can automatically alarm and analyze causes when abnormalities occur. Sixth, it can achieve fully automatic operation, subject to software and hardware support and process conditions.

3.2 Button Control Mode

In contrast to touchscreen control, the button control mode does not have any of the above-mentioned functions. It is a more basic control method suitable for simple production scenarios.

Main Components of the Equipment

The vacuum emulsifying unit consists of several main components. These components include an emulsifying mixing pot, oil and water pots, and a vacuum system. Additionally, it includes a heating and cooling system, a hydraulic lifting system, and a discharging device. Furthermore, it is equipped with an electrical control system list, a purchased parts supply record, a temperature control system, and a working platform. All these components work together to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
