Product Overview and Classification
Magnetic Stirring Solution Preparation Tanks, often abbreviated as magnetic solution preparation tanks or magnetic stirring tanks, have two main types. Specifically, they include bottom-magnetic and top-magnetic stirring solution preparation tanks. Unlike ordinary solution preparation tanks and stirring tanks, they use magnetic stirrers to replace the traditional stirring system, transmission system, and mechanical seal.
Moreover, our company classifies these tanks as aseptic solution preparation tanks. The magnetic stirrers we design are hygienic, free of dead corners, and leak-proof, ensuring they meet high-quality standards for sterile applications.
Core Structural Advantages
These tanks adopt magnetic drive devices without mechanical seals. This design completely eliminates leakage, ensuring solution preparation occurs in a sterile, contamination-free environment.
Additionally, they replace the mechanical seal-type stirring structure of ordinary solution preparation tanks. As a result, they enable in-line cleaning and aseptic operation, which are critical for industries with strict hygiene requirements.
Applicable Industries and Scenarios
Due to their sterile and leak-proof features, they are widely applicable in multiple industries. For example, they are suitable for biological products, cell suspensions, large and small infusions, food solution preparation, and pharmaceutical solution preparation.
Furthermore, they serve as multifunctional equipment for solution preparation, storage, and measurement in food & dairy, biological products, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Key Technical Parameters
They have a capacity range of 10 to 10,000 liters, which can meet different production scale needs. Their impellers feature a unique design, ensuring efficient and uniform stirring.
All components in contact with materials are made of stainless steel 304 or 316L. We mirror-polish the inner surface to achieve a smooth, dead-corner-free finish, complying with strict hygiene standards.
Additionally, the magnetic stirring motors offer flexible options. They can be fixed-speed or frequency-controlled, and they can also have explosion-proof functions, timed stirring, and other practical features.
Equipment Structure and Components
Generally, they adopt a three-layer vertical design. Their main components include an inner cylinder, jacket, thermal insulation medium, insulated outer cladding, and upper and lower heads.
Other key components include stainless steel agitators (available in anchor type, paddle type, spiral type, dispersion disc, etc.), transmission devices (motor, speed reducer, or pneumatic motor), sealing devices (mechanical seal, skeleton oil seal, packing seal), and supports (platforms, legs, supports, movable casters).
Core Functions and Configurations
1. Core Functions
They integrate multiple functions in one equipment. Specifically, they support in-line cleaning, in-place sterilization, in-place heating and cooling, in-place stirring, and solution preparation.
Furthermore, they can achieve additional functions as needed. For instance, they can realize online liquid level display and control, flow and weighing measurement, in-place sampling, and temperature display and control.
2. Conventional Nozzles
The tank is equipped with various conventional nozzles to meet different operational needs. These nozzles include cleaning ports, feeding ports, discharging ports, emptying ports, spare ports, temperature measuring ports, and pressure gauge ports.
3. Electrical Control Options
The electrical control box of the magnetic stirring solution preparation tank has two control options. Operators can choose between manual knob switch control or touch screen control, depending on their operational preferences.
Compliance Standards
We design all magnetic stirring solution preparation tanks in full compliance with China’s GMP certification requirements. This ensures they meet the strict quality and hygiene standards of food, pharmaceutical, and biological industries.
