4. Structural Design and Key Configurations

We design this series of tanks specifically to meet the hygiene requirements of the pharmaceutical and food industries. To ensure hygiene and durability, we select high-quality stainless steel (such as 304 or 316L) as the main material.
Furthermore, we precision-polish the interior of the tank and use rounded transitions for all joints, eliminating sanitary dead corners and making cleaning easier.
Supernatant tanks mainly divide into vertical and horizontal types, and we construct them with a tank body, upper and lower (or left and right) heads, a liquid level gauge, a manhole, and support feet.
To enhance usability, we equip the tanks with 360-degree online cleaning balls to ensure convenient and thorough cleaning. We also adopt a quick-opening manhole structure to facilitate inspection and feeding.
