3. Patented Slag Discharge Door Design

We adopt a proprietary patented design for the slag discharge door of the straight-tube extraction tank. The operation process is simple and reliable: after the main cylinder closes the slag discharge door, two horizontal cylinders push the rotating lock ring.
The unique structure of the lock ring allows the slag discharge door to rise and lock securely. This slag discharge door has multiple excellent characteristics, including safety, reliability, easy operation, easy opening, and good airtightness.
Moreover, it can realize the self-locking function in case of power failure or gas failure. The slag discharge door we design does not shift, does not leak, and achieves safe self-locking, ensuring operational safety.

4. Key Auxiliary Equipment

4.1 Demister

We design the demister of the straight-tube extraction tank as a detachable baffled plate type. This design makes it very convenient for cleaning and maintenance, reducing workload for operators.

4.2 Oil-Water Separator

As an important auxiliary equipment of the extraction tank, the oil-water separator is easy to clean. It can effectively separate the oil and water in the cooled liquid medicine.
Additionally, we equip it with a protective structure to prevent the liquid medicine from flowing into the recovered volatile oil, ensuring the purity of the extracted products.
