3.3 Main Tank Structure

The main body of the tank includes an inner cylinder, a jacket layer, an insulation layer, support lugs and an air cylinder-driven slag discharge door. All these components work together to ensure the stable operation of the tank body.
3.4 Auxiliary Components and Their Functions
We have installed a foam collector on the evaporation chamber of the extraction tank. It is mainly used to eliminate the foam generated during the cooking process.
In addition, it can also prevent drug residues in the steam from entering the heat exchanger, thereby protecting subsequent equipment.
The main function of the condenser is to condense steam, while the cooler cools the condensed liquid. These two components work together to achieve efficient processing.
We use an oil-water separator to separate the oily components in the extract, thereby ensuring the purity of the final collagen product.
