1. Overview of Bone Peptide
We extract bone peptide, an active polypeptide substance, from the long bones of healthy adult pigs. It boasts good biological activity and plays multiple important roles in human health.
Specifically, it improves human bone metabolism and delivers significant effects in analgesia, anti-inflammation, and bone strengthening. Through practical application, we have proven that bone peptide works exceptionally well in treating rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, and various other bone diseases.
For many patients with bone and joint pain that other anti-inflammatory analgesics or traditional Chinese medicine cannot relieve, bone peptide brings rapid pain relief. Moreover, it features stable curative effects, high safety, and no adverse reactions, making it an effective medicine for treating bone and joint diseases.
2. Background and Design of Bone Peptide Extraction Tank
To extract high-quality bone peptide and improve extraction yield, we developed the bone peptide extraction tank. We based this equipment on traditional Chinese medicine extraction tanks and made targeted improvements to enhance its performance.
These improvements include adding a stirring system and optimizing the slag discharge door design. Together, these modifications ensure we can extract bone peptide efficiently, hygienically, and reliably, meeting the high standards of pharmaceutical production.
3. Main Components and Their Functions
3.1 Main Tank
We design the main tank to be pressure-resistant, as internal pressure helps dissolve bone peptides from bones effectively. This pressure also facilitates the crushing and refinement of bones during the extraction process.
We use steam for heat exchange in the jacket, ensuring uniform heating and controllable temperature—key factors for high-quality bone peptide extraction. We install a feeding port on the tank, which allows manual feeding; alternatively, we can equip it with a lifting device for automatic dumping and feeding to improve efficiency.
At the bottom, we set a rotary cylinder slag discharge door, which we operate via a pneumatic control panel. This design ensures convenient, efficient, and safe slag discharge while reducing labor and material costs.
3.2 Capturer
We primarily use the capturer to remove oily substances and foam generated during bone decoction. Additionally, it prevents bone residues in steam from entering the condenser, protecting subsequent components and ensuring extraction purity.
3.3 Condenser
The condenser’s primary function is to condense the oil-water vapor generated during heating and evaporation. We design it to efficiently convert vapor into liquid, laying the foundation for subsequent separation processes.
3.4 Cooler
We use the cooler to cool the condensed liquid from the condenser. It effectively converts gas into liquid and removes non-condensable gases, ensuring the stability of the extracted liquid and improving the overall extraction effect.
3.5 Oil-Water Separator
During the oil extraction process, we use the oil-water separator to separate oil from the cooled recovered liquid. This allows us to either obtain the required oil or remove unwanted oily components, ensuring the purity of the final bone peptide product.
3.6 Gas-Liquid Separator
We install the gas-liquid separator to prevent liquid from being carried out of the tank during venting. This protects the external environment and equipment while maintaining the stability of the internal extraction process.
3.7 Motor Reducer
The motor reducer stirs the materials in the tank, which ensures uniform heating of active ingredients in the extracted bones. This thorough stirring also ensures complete decoction of bone peptides and facilitates easier slag discharge later.
3.8 Vacuum System
We design the vacuum system to effectively extract fishy substances from bones. It achieves efficient deodorization and fishy smell removal, improving the quality and taste of the extracted bone peptide.
