2.1 Main Body Components

The main body integrates multiple functional components, including an inner cylinder, jacket, insulation layer, lugs, driving cylinder, optimized slag discharge door, filter screen, nozzles, feeding port, spotlight, sight glass, and liquid level gauge. All parts are precision-assembled to meet strict process requirements.

2.2 Key Auxiliary Components

  1. Demister: Installed at the evaporation port, it features an anti-blockage and self-cleaning structure. Its primary role is to eliminate foam generated during cooking and prevent material residues from entering the heat exchanger.
  2. Condenser: Its core function is to condense the evaporated gas from the tank into a liquid state, facilitating subsequent separation processes.
  3. Cooler: It cools the condensed liquid to a low temperature, optimizing the conditions for subsequent oil-water separation.
  4. Oil-Water Separator: It effectively separates aromatic substances or essential oil components from materials, and can distinguish between heavy oil and light oil fractions.
