Stainless Steel Mobile Silo

This stainless steel mobile material silo / transfer hopper is mainly used for the sealed temporary storage and transfer of materials such as powders and granules. It ensures the safe storage of powders without getting damp, enables convenient transfer, and effectively prevents dust pollution. It is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals and food, and complies with the 2010 edition of GMP regulations.

1. Square Silo Body: Upper square with rounded corners + lower rounded – corner cone.
2. Circular Silo Body: Upper cylinder + lower cone.

1. Manufactured from high – quality stainless steel 304 or 316L.
2. All corners are transitioned with R – angle arcs without dead corners, allowing powders to flow easily without residue, facilitating cleaning, and having an attractive appearance.
3. Adopting advanced sheet metal processing technology and weld welding treatment technology, the inner surface undergoes 320# mirror polishing (roughness Ra ≤ 0.28μm), and the outer surface is treated with a  matt sandblasted finish.
4. The stamping – formed clamp – type hopper cover with a quick – lock structure is easy to open, equipped with a pharmaceutical – grade white silicone sealing ring, and has good sealing performance.
5. The specially – made large – diameter discharge quick – install butterfly valve at the bottom of the cone is easy to open, equipped with a pharmaceutical – grade white silicone sealing ring, is universally compatible, easy to disassemble and clean. The operating handle has an automatic positioning and locking function to prevent misoperation, and the opening or closing positioning is sensitive and accurate.
6. Four PU mobile casters (2 of which are universal with brakes) can well protect the self – leveling floor from damage, and are lightweight and low – noise during movement.
7. The silo body has sufficient strength and will not deform.
8. Movement Methods (to be specified): Hydraulic truck, forklift, manual.
9. Flow – aiding Vibrator (electric or pneumatic, to be determined whether to configure as needed): It can break arches and aid flow, eliminate powder arching, blockage, and sticking to the silo, and maintain the continuity of the production process.
