According to customer requirements, the single-layer liquid preparation tank can be equipped with a 360° universal CIP cleaning device, level gauges (magnetic flap level gauges, hydrostatic level gauges, float level gauges, etc.), manholes (hand holes), breathers (fire-proof, explosion-proof, sterile, etc.), sight glass spotlights, liquid inlets, liquid outlets, drain outlets, etc. Valves, instruments, and meters matched with nozzles are selected or configured according to the process.
The electrical control system of the single-layer liquid preparation tank mainly controls the start/stop of motor reducers or frequency conversion speed regulation, on/off of spotlights, liquid level measurement, pressure display, weighing control, flow display, and control, etc.
