The whole extraction process of the positive conical extractor is completed in a closed and circulating system. It can be extracted under normal pressure or under pressure. Whether it is water extraction, alcohol extraction, oil extraction or other purposes, the specific process requirements are cut out by the Chinese medicine factory according to the performance requirements of the drug.
The complete set of positive conical extraction tank equipment consists of 1. extraction tank; 2. foam collector; 3. gas-liquid separator; 4. cooler; 5. condenser; 6. oil-water separator; 7. feed pump; 8. pipeline filter and internal connecting pipeline.
The main body of the positive conical extraction tank includes the inner cylinder, jacket layer, insulation layer, support ear, pneumatic slag door, pneumatic operating table, etc.; the insulation layer of the extraction tank is made of rock wool as the insulation material.
The inner cylinder is made of high-quality SUS304/316L, with a fully enclosed jacket and an outer cylinder made of SUS304 matte thin steel plate. The conical extraction tank is equipped with a CIP automatic rotating spray ball head, temperature measurement holes, explosion-proof sight glasses, viewing mirrors, and quick-opening feed ports, ensuring easy operation and compliance with GMP pharmaceutical standards. It features uniform solvent distribution and convenient residue discharge.
