There are three types of heating jackets available.
They include full-body jackets, half-tube jackets and honeycomb jackets.
Insulation Materials
We use different insulation materials for the equipment.
Commonly used materials are pearl cotton, rock wool and polyurethane foam.
Surface Treatment
We polish the outer surface to make it smooth and flawless.
Heating Methods
We insert electric heating tubes into the jacket.
The jacket is filled with heat-conducting oil or water as the heating medium.
Heat transfers through the inner wall to heat up or cool down the materials.
Alternatively, we can use steam in the jacket or coil pipe.
Another option is water bath type or heat-conducting oil furnace circulation type.
Control and Configuration
We use sensors and a constant temperature system to control the temperature precisely.
The stirring speed ranges from 15 to 120 revolutions per minute (rpm).
Specifically, we set the speed according to the material properties.
The system adopts a vertical gear motor reducer.
Customers can choose from a variety of impeller types.
Optional types include paddle type, anchor type, blade type and turbine type.
If needed, we can also design and customize impellers according to special requirements.
The tank is equipped with multiple functional interfaces.
These include hand holes, feed inlets and discharge outlets.
It is also equipped with an observation window, spotlights and breathing holes.
In addition, it is fitted with a thermometer, temperature sensor and medium interface.
Furthermore, a sampling port is provided for convenient testing.
