Laboratory reactor vessel

The laboratory reactor is mainly used as a reaction container for laboratory small-scale and medium- trials, with features such as convenient mobility, easy cleaning, and comprehensive functions. It is widely used in laboratories for coatings, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics,ments, dye auxiliaries, petroleum asphalt, etc.

• Volume: 50L～200L (can be customized according to customer needs, with various non-standard designs).
• Heating Jacket Form: Full jacket, half-tube jacket, honey jacket.
• Insulation Material: Filled with pearl cotton, rock wool, or polyurethane casting foam.
• External Surface Treatment Method: Polishing treatment.

1. Electric heating tubes are inserted into the jacket, and the heating medium inside the jacket is thermal oil or water, which transfers heat the reaction material through the inner wall, allowing the material to be heated or cooled.
2. Steam heating inside the jacket or coil.
3. Water bath or thermal oil furnace cycle heating.

• Temperature Control: Temperature sensor control, constant temperature control.
• Stirring Speed: 15～12r/min, the speed is determined according to the material properties, and the motor uses a vertical gear motor reducer.
• Stirring Impeller Form: type, anchor type, blade type, turbine type, etc. are optional, or can be designed according to customer’s special requirements.

Tank is equipped with hand holes, feed ports, discharge ports, sight glasses, spotlights, breathing ports, thermometers, temperature sensors, cold and hot medium in and outlets, sampling ports, etc.
