Overview

The high – speed dispersed machine is a stirring equipment that uses a high – speed dispersion disc as the stirring system. The stirring speed ranges from 0 to 1450 revolutions per minute, and the speed is adjustable, enabling dispersion at low, high, and medium – high speeds. The design of the dispersion disc is based on the viscosity and tension of the material. Through high – speed sawtooth – shaped stirring, it can disperse, stir, crush, homogenize, and emulsify the material. When the high – speed dispersed machine stirs and disperses, it traps very little air, and the mixing and homogenizing effect is excellent. Using medium – speed and high – speed stirring and dispersion can make the material dissolve quickly and the particles become smaller.

Working Principle

Whether it is an integrated high – speed dispersed machine or a split – type high – speed dispersed machine, the tank body is made of high – quality stainless steel plates. The parts in contact with the material are S30408 (abbreviated as 304) or S31603 (abbreviated as 316L) stainless steel. The inside and outside of the tank body are mirror – polished, the outer surface is matt – treated, and the weld joints are polished smooth and mirror – polished.
The high – speed shear disperser can mix, disperse, and shear difficult – to – dissolve materials such as solid and liquid raw materials under the strong force of 1450 revolutions per minute. It reduces the time of low – speed stirring, saves energy consumption, and greatly shortens the production cycle. Moreover, it adopts variable – frequency speed regulation. If low – speed stirring is desired, it can be completely switched and adjusted to the low – speed stirring state.
The high – speed dispersed machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation or variable – frequency speed regulation. It can start with low – speed stirring, and then gradually increase the speed after the materials do not foam much.
A high – speed dispersed machine equipped with a hydraulic lifting device or a mechanical lifting device can be used for tank bodies of various specifications, and can conveniently and quickly realize up – and – down movement and lifting.

Classify

According to process requirements, the high – shear disperser can also be combined with other stirring forms and can adopt various stirring paddle forms, which can be applied to the production of different types of products. The paddles can be frame – type scraping – wall stirring paddles, paddle – type rowing stirring paddles, spiral paddles, three – blade propeller – type stirring paddles, anchor – type stirring paddles, or emulsifying heads.
The high – shear disperser can also be designed as a pressure – type tank body according to production process requirements, equipped with a vacuum pump for vacuum bubble removal, vacuum dispersion, etc.
