The electrically heated bidirectional stirring glue melting tank, also known as electrically heated glue melting tank or stainless steel glue melting tank, adopts a closed three-layer structure. Electric heating tubes are inserted into the jacket for heating. The stirring system consists of two sets of shaft-type reducers. This stirring assembly uses multi-layer split-flow blades, driven by dual shafts rotating in bidirectional (forward and reverse) directions.
It features accelerated glue melting time, stable dissolution of gelatin particles, and prevention of gelatin liquid scorching. It improves the quality of gelatin liquid medium, enhances liquid homogeneity, ensures high-quality pellet pressing performance of pellet presses, increases the yield of capsule pellets, and improves enterprise efficiency.
Fully compliant with GMP hygiene standards, it serves as a new-type equipment for glue melting, batching, and vacuum stirring homogenization in the capsule pharmaceutical industry.
