Definition and Function

Bone peptide is an active polypeptide substance extracted from the long bones of healthy adult pigs, featuring good biological activity. It can improve human bone metabolism and has significant effects in analgesia, anti-inflammation, and bone strengthening. Practice has proven that bone peptide demonstrates excellent efficacy in treating rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, and various bone diseases. Based on traditional Chinese medicine extraction tanks, this equipment incorporates improvements such as a stirring system and optimized slag discharge door design, ensuring efficient, hygienic, and reliable bone peptide extraction.

Features

  1. Main Tank
    The extraction tank is pressure-resistant. The internal pressure can effectively dissolve bone peptides from bones, facilitating bone crushing and refinement under pressure. The jacket uses steam for heat exchange, ensuring uniform heating and controllable temperature. A feeding port is installed on the tank, which allows manual feeding or can be equipped with a lifting device for automatic dumping and feeding. A rotary cylinder slag discharge door is set at the bottom, operated via a pneumatic control panel, ensuring convenience, efficiency, safety, and reduced labor and material costs.
  2. Capturer
    It is mainly used to remove oily substances and foam generated during bone decoction, and prevent bone residues in steam from entering the condenser.
  3. Condenser
    Its primary function is to condense the oil-water vapor generated during heating and evaporation.
  4. Cooler
    It is mainly used to cool the condensed liquid, effectively converting gas into liquid and removing non-condensable gases.
  5. Oil-Water Separator
    During oil extraction, it separates oil from the cooled recovered liquid to obtain the required oil or remove unwanted oily components.
  6. Gas-Liquid Separator
    It prevents liquid from being carried out of the tank during venting.
  7. Motor Reducer
    It stirs the materials in the tank, ensuring uniform heating of active ingredients in the extracted bones and complete decoction, which facilitates slag discharge.
  8. Vacuum System
    The vacuum system can effectively extract fishy substances from bones, achieving efficient deodorization and fishy smell removal.
