The alcohol recycling tower consists of six parts: a tower kettle, a tower body, a condenser, a cooler, a buffer tank, and a high – level storage tank. The parts in contact with materials are all made of stainless steel 304/316L, which has good corrosion resistance. There is a jacket outside the tower kettle, through which steam passes. High – efficiency stainless steel corrugated packing is used, and the outer surface of the equipment is matt – treated, meeting GMP pharmaceutical standards. It has a high recovery efficiency and is easy to operate. In this device, almost all equipment parts in contact with alcohol, such as condensers, pressure – stabilizing tanks, and cooling coils, are made of stainless steel.
The biggest feature of this equipment is that it can operate continuously, is simple to operate, and is convenient to maintain. For the recovery of ethanol in the pharmaceutical industry, T300 alcohol recycling towers and DT600 alcohol recycling towers are commonly used.
