The equipment mainly consists of a pot body and a bracket, with a three-layer structure of inner and outer spherical pot bodies. We introduce steam or heat-conducting oil from electric heating tubes into the middle interlayer for heating.
We also cover the outer layer with an insulating jacket to prevent heat loss and scalding. This design balances functionality and safety for daily operation.
We provide three types of vertical jacketed kettles: fixed, tilting, and stirring. Their volumes range from 50L to 1000L, and we can customize their material and structural configurations.
