Overview

A stirred reactor is a reactor equipped with a stirring. It is widely used in modern industrial production. Different structures of stirrers are designed according to the properties of materials and production conditions. Through the operation of stirring, temperature control, stirring, and monitoring functions of the stirred reactor are realized. The ultimate goal of the stirred reactor is to react and mix the reaction materials at a specific. The stirrer is designed according to the material. The form of the stirrer is to make the material mix more evenly. Common stirrers include anchor type, type, propeller type, turbine type, and anchor frame type stirrers.

When selecting a stirred reactor, the type of impeller and the conditions of baffle are determined according to the stirring purpose and the flow state. The determination of the flow state is affected by the viscosity of the stirring medium. The use conditions the stirred reactor are relatively specific, not only the impeller and stirring purpose, but also the range of medium viscosity, the range of stirring speed, and the range tank capacity. The selection table of the stirred reactor is also selected according to the stirring purpose and the flow state during stirring. Its advantage is that it divides the use of the impeller according to the characteristics of different stirring processes, which makes the selection more specific.

Structure

The stirred reactor consists a reactor body, an upper head, a jacket (half-tube), a lower head, an insulation layer, a process pipe port, a stirring device, stirrer, etc.

Pipe Port Configuration

The reactor body is provided with manholes, feed ports, discharge ports, exhaust ports, spare ports, other process pipe ports. Pipe ports can also be added (reduced) according to user requirements.

Steam-heated hollow jackets are generally pressure vessels and pressure vessels are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB150-2011 “Pressure Vessels” and “Vessel Regulations” The design and manufacture of atmospheric pressure vessels are in accordance with the “Atmospheric Pressure Vessels” NB/T47003-209 standard and the stirring device is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard.
