Literally, a sterile storage tank is a hygienic – grade sterile storage equipment, also known as a hygienic – grade storage tank or simply a stainless steel storage tank. It is a commonly used storage and transfer equipment. A heat – insulation structure can be added according to process requirements. It has advantages such as hygienic material storage, convenient cleaning, and reasonable structure. Sterile storage tanks are widely used in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and environmental protection industries for storing various raw materials, intermediates, and products. Currently, the volume of the vertical (horizontal) steel sterile storage tanks produced by our company ranges from 0.05 – 100 m³, and the working pressure is normal pressure or negative pressure.

The main stainless steel materials include: 0Cr18Ni9 (304), 1Cr18Ni9Ti (321), 0Cr17Ni14Mo2 (316L / Molybdenum – 2 – Titanium), titanium materials, Hastelloy, Inconel, etc.
Head forms: Elliptical heads, dished heads, or conical heads are adopted.
Liquid level gauge forms: Glass tube liquid level gauges, flat – plate liquid level gauges, hydrostatic sensor – type liquid level gauges, ultrasonic liquid level gauges, etc.
Support foot forms: Triangular pyramid form or round tube form; Equipment configuration: Quick – opening manholes, air breathers, CIP cleaners, material liquid inlets and outlets, standby ports, etc.
