Static tanks are mainly used for the operation of freezing or normal – temperature alcohol precipitation of concentrated liquid after the concentration of Chinese medicine decoction, and can also be used for the operation of water precipitation of concentrated liquid after alcohol extraction of Chinese medicine, as well as the blending and mixing of material liquids.

The static tank is composed of a cylindrical body with a jacket, an elliptical head, and a conical bottom. Freezing brine or cooling water can be introduced into the jacket of the cylinder body to indirectly cool the material liquid and control the temperature required for the precipitation of alcohol precipitation liquid. It is equipped with a mixing system that meets GMP requirements and a special fine – tuning rotating liquid outlet pipe. The static tank is also suitable for the freezing or normal – temperature precipitation of suspension liquids, liquid – solid phase separation, and other process operations in other industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, dyes, and food.
