Overview

Stainless Steel Solution Preparation Tank, also known as preparation tank or blending tank, is a stainless steel mixing container that blends one or several materials according to process ratios. It is used for liquid preparation as per process requirements and is mainly applied in industries such as dairy, chemical, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and medicine, with more extensive use in pharmaceutical and food-dairy fields.

 

It is composed of a stainless steel cylinder, stainless steel head, jacket or coil (for heating and cooling circulation), stainless steel agitator (anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, etc.), transmission device (motor and speed reducer), shaft seal device (mechanical seal), supports (platform, legs, movable casters), thermal insulation medium, etc.

According to customer needs, CIP cleaning device, level gauge (material level gauge), manhole (hand hole), breather (explosion-proof fire-proof or sterile), sight glass, spot lamp, temperature sensor, pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, bottom discharge valve, ball valve, liquid inlet, liquid outlet, drain outlet, etc. can be installed.

Process Control

Start/stop of motor reducer or variable frequency speed regulation, temperature digital display control device, and electrical control equipment involved in accessories. The automatic solution preparation system can be equipped with a liquid crystal touch screen and PLC controller.

Functional Indicators

The Stainless Steel Solution Preparation Tank has the functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation, and stirring. The tank body is designed with process nozzles such as material inlet, pure water inlet, discharge outlet, and sampling port, which can provide conditions for the solution preparation process. After the solution preparation is completed, direct steam can be turned on to achieve sterilization and disinfection functions. Meanwhile, after the high-temperature solution preparation process is completed, for those requiring cooling, the material can be discharged by opening the discharge valve after cooling.
