Structure

A stainless steel jacketed kettle is mainly composed of a pot body,a tilting frame or vertical supporting feet,and a stirring device.The pot body is a double-layer structure consisting of inner and outer spherical pot bodies.A heat source is introduced into the middle interlayer for heating,or an electric heating device is installed at the bottom of the jacket.The exterior is equipped with a stainless steel insulation layer,which is filled with insulation medium.

Features

The stainless steel jacketed kettle offers multiple heat source options,such as steam heating,gas heating,and electric heating.It ensures uniform heating without any dead angles and features rapid temperature rise.

Another most important feature is that both the inner and outer pot bodies meet hygienic standards,as they are all made of stainless steel 304 or 316 materials.
