Stainless Steel Crystallizer

Overview

Stainless steel crystallizer, also known as stainless steel crystallization tank, is used for mixing and stirring materials, cooling and freezing, finished product crystallization, and floc crystallization in pharmaceutical production. The crystallization tank is also widely applied in industries such as dairy, food, chemical, and beverage. As a universal equipment, it can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements to achieve humanized operation, standardized design, and automation. The materials are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel.

Nozzle Configuration

The tank is equipped with process configurations such as temperature monitoring devices, sight glasses, cleaning balls, and nitrogen inlets. The shaft seal adopts a special sanitary mechanical seal to ensure that materials are free from contamination. The crystallizer can be equipped with a frequency conversion speed regulation device, allowing a wide range of adjustment for the stirring shaft speed.

The tank body is provided with:

  • Sight lamps and sight glasses
  • Stirring device
  • Manhole and charging port
  • Breather
  • Liquid medicine inlet
  • Injection water inlet
  • Return port
  • Steam inlet
  • Condensate water outlet
  • Cooling water inlet and outlet
  • Material outlet
  • Drain port
  • Sampling port
  • Temperature measurement device
  • Liquid level device
