According to customer requirements, we can equip the single-layer liquid preparation tank with a 360° universal CIP cleaning device, level gauges (such as magnetic flap level gauges, hydrostatic level gauges, and float level gauges), manholes (or hand holes), breathers (including fire-proof, explosion-proof, and sterile types), sight glass spotlights, liquid inlets, liquid outlets, and drain outlets. We select or configure valves, instruments, and meters matched with nozzles according to specific process needs.
5. Electrical Control System
The electrical control system of the single-layer liquid preparation tank mainly controls several key functions: the start/stop of motor reducers or frequency conversion speed regulation, the on/off of spotlights, liquid level measurement, pressure display, weighing control, and flow display and control.
