Magnetic Stirring Liquid Preparation Tank

The magnetic stirring liquid preparation tank, 简称 magnetic liquid preparation tank, includes lower magnetic stirring liquid preparation tank and upper magnetic stirring liquid preparation tank. It mainly replaces the stirring system, transmission system, and mechanical seal of ordinary liquid preparation tanks and mixing tanks with a magnetic stirrer. As a sterile liquid preparation tank, the magnetic stirrer designed by our company features hygienic, dead-angle-free, and leak-proof properties.

The magnetic stirring liquid preparation tank adopts a magnetic drive device without mechanical seals, eliminating leakage and ensuring liquid preparation is carried out in a sterile and pollution-free environment. It replaces the mechanical seal-type stirring structure of ordinary liquid preparation tanks, enabling online cleaning and aseptic operation. It is widely applicable to biological products, cell suspensions, large and small infusions, food liquid preparation, pharmaceutical liquid preparation, etc.

The capacity of the magnetic stirring liquid preparation tank ranges from 10 to 10,000 liters. The magnetic stirrer features a unique impeller design, and the parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel 304 or 316L, with the inner surface mirror-polished for a smooth, dead-angle-free finish. The magnetic stirring motor can be selected with fixed speed, variable frequency speed regulation, etc., and can achieve explosion-proof, timed stirring, and other functions.

It generally adopts a three-layer vertical structure, mainly composed of an inner cylinder, jacket, thermal insulation medium, thermal insulation outer cladding, upper and lower heads, stainless steel agitators (anchor type, paddle type, screw type, dispersion disc, etc.), transmission devices (motor, speed reducer, or pneumatic motor), sealing devices (mechanical seal, skeleton oil seal, packing seal), supports (platform, legs, supports, mobile casters), etc.

The magnetic stirring liquid preparation tank has functions such as online cleaning, in-place sterilization, in-place heating and cooling, in-place stirring, and liquid preparation. As required, it can also achieve online liquid level display and control, flow and weighing measurement, in-place sampling, temperature display and control, etc. The conventional nozzles on the tank include cleaning ports, feeding ports, discharging ports, emptying ports, spare ports, temperature measuring ports, pressure gauge ports, etc. The electric control box of the magnetic stirring liquid preparation tank can be equipped with manual knob switch control or touch screen control.
