Overview

Working Principle

The new solvent dissolves the soluble substances in the medicinal materials from top to bottom through the medicinal material layer to the bottom of the extraction tank, and is then pumped into the concentrator. The above process is repeated, forming a large circulation of solvent extraction-concentration (recovery). After multiple cycles, the extraction liquid becomes colorless, at which point the extraction liquid stops being pumped into the concentrator. The concentrator continues to concentrate until the liquid extract with the required specific gravity (1.1-1.25) is obtained, which is then discharged for standby.

The single-time solvent injection enables large reflux circulation, maintaining a high concentration gradient between solutes in medicinal materials and the solvent, thus accelerating solute dissolution. This significantly improves both ointment and active ingredient recovery rates, laying a solid foundation for qualitative and quantitative drug identification.
