The laboratory disperser is a common type of disperser. It is a high – efficiency stirring and batching equipment specially designed and developed by our company for the laboratories of various colleges and universities, research institutions, and industrial enterprises. The laboratory disperser can stir, disperse, and dissolve liquid – liquid and liquid – solid materials. It is a high – efficiency equipment, widely used in chemical products such as coatings, inks, pigments, and adhesives. The machine is composed of a frame system, main drive, stirring system, lifting and fixing bracket, etc. All parts have a compact and reasonable structure.
According to different materials or experimental requirements, the laboratory disperser can also be designed as a split – type laboratory disperser or an integrated small – sized disperser.
Under the dispersion disc of the laboratory disperser, there is a laminar flow state. The slurry layers with different flow rates diffuse into each other, playing a dispersing role. The high – speed disperser has multiple functions such as lifting and stepless speed regulation. It can be equipped with 2 – 4 containers at the same time (in the laboratory, they can be made of stainless steel or glass). It can switch from one cylinder to another for operation in a very short time. The disperser greatly improves work efficiency and also reduces the intensity of manual labor.
A turbulent flow area is formed 2.5 – 5mm from the edge of the dispersion disc of the laboratory disperser, and the slurry and particles are subjected to strong shearing and impact.
The laboratory disperser is mainly aimed at crushing, dispersing, emulsifying, and mixing liquid raw materials with different viscosity paste states. Through the new – type high – efficiency stirring equipment with the high – speed operation of the upper and lower sharp teeth on the dispersion disc, it performs high – speed and strong shearing, impact, crushing, and dispersion on the materials, achieving the functions of rapid mixing, dissolving, dispersing, and refining.
