High-Level Tank

Overview

Raw material tanks, sub – packaging tanks, mother liquor tanks, and high – level tanks are a type of tank named after the equipment’s function. For example, a raw material tank is a tank for storing or processing raw materials. It is generally a single – layer storage tank or a stainless steel mixing tank. A finished product tank is a tank for storing finished products or a tank for processing finished products, such as for mixing, batching, etc. in the final process. A sub – packaging tank is a tank that functions for metering and sub – packaging. A mother liquor tank is a tank for holding the original mother liquor. A high – level tank is a tank placed at a high position, which serves as a temporary storage for metering, blending balance, or as a high – level buffer before filling, etc.

Raw material tanks, finished product tanks, sub – packaging tanks, mother liquor tanks, and high – level tanks are used in industries such as food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and coating. They are a commonly used type of functional tank, mostly made of stainless steel, generally vertical. They are produced in large, medium, and small sizes. The structural design is relatively flexible, as long as it meets the process requirements. They are commonly used equipment for mixing, blending, reaction, and storage.
