Overview

The fully automatic liquid preparation tank is a device used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, food, and chemical engineering to automatically prepare, mix, and stir liquid materials. Its core function is to accurately complete the liquid preparation process through an automated control system, reducing manual intervention and ensuring the stability and consistency of liquid preparation quality.   • Tank body: Usually made of stainless steel (such as 316L, 304), which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets hygienic requirements.
  • Stirring system: Including stirring motor, stirring shaft, and stirring paddle. The appropriate stirring form is selected according to the material characteristics.
  • Control system: Composed of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), touch screen, etc., which can set liquid preparation programs and display operating status and parameters.
  • Auxiliary systems: Such as liquid level sensors (controlling the amount of materials), temperature sensors, valves (controlling material inlet and outlet), pipelines, etc.
