Cooking Tank

Overview

The multi-functional cooking tank is widely applicable to the design and production of food and pharmaceuticals. It is designed with multiple functions such as high-temperature cooking, immersion boiling, and precise extraction. It features functions like continuous temperature rise, constant-pressure cooking, cooling for liquid discharge, thorough slag removal, and easy cleaning. The cooking tank can be designed for cooking and extraction at approximately 140°C under a pressure of 2-6 kg.

Description

  1. Structure:
    ① Vertical type with upper and lower elliptical heads, equipped with 4 lugs.
    ② Standard jacket.
    ③ Insulation.
    ④ The interior of the equipment is equipped with a supporting grid plate and a detachable grate.
  2. Pressure:
    ① Operating pressure: Tank interior: 0.3Mpa; Jacket: 0.35Mpa.
    ② Design pressure: Tank interior: 0.33Mpa; Jacket: 0.4Mpa.
  3. Temperature:
    ① Operating temperature: Tank interior: 100℃; Jacket: 146℃.
    ② Design temperature: Tank interior: 125℃; Jacket: 151℃.
  4. Material:
    Parts in contact with materials, jacket, lugs, tower section flanges, etc., are all made of S30408.
  5. Plate thickness:
    ① Upper head: δ=12mm;
    ② Inner cylinder and lower head: δ=14mm;
    ③ Jacket and jacket head: 6mm;
    ④ Insulation cylinder body: δ=3mm;
    ⑤ Insulation head: δ=4mm;
    ⑥ Supporting ring plate and supporting plate: δ=12mm;
    ⑦ Rib plate: 80# δ=12mm.
  6. Inner cylinder: ¢170014; Jacket cylinder: ¢18006; Insulation cylinder: ¢1900*3.
  7. Lug: B5.
  8. Manhole: Equipped with sanitary quick-opening manholes, 2 pcs of quick-opening manholes (fixed type), DN550-0.4.
  9. Surface treatment requirements:
    The inner cavity of the cooking tank shall be mechanically polished with a roughness of 0.45μm, and there shall be no sand holes on the surface; The upper and lower heads of the outer surface of the tank shall be mechanically polished, and the outer straight cylinder shall be wiredrawn, with a roughness of 0.6~0.8μm.
  10. The thickness of thermal insulation aluminum silicate cotton shall not be less than 50mm.
  11. Safety valve: Equipped with one stainless steel safety valve, DN40-0.3.
  12. Cleaning ball: Equipped with 1 fixed cleaning ball, material 304, φ51/89 quick-opening detachable type, 360-degree free rotation.
  13. Dial thermometer: Equipped with one dial thermometer, threaded connection: M27*2, length: 150mm.
  14. Pressure gauge: Equipped with one pressure gauge (-0.1~0.5Mpa) M27*2.
  15. Explosion-proof lamp: Equipped with one explosion-proof lamp (36V, 20W), sight glass and lamp flange DN100, with detachable separate lamp and mirror.
  16. Designed according to Class I pressure vessel, and pressure vessel certification and hydrostatic test documents shall be provided.
  17. Cooling water inlet and outlet: DN50; Steam inlet and condensate outlet: DN50; Material inlet and outlet: DN50; Cleaning port: DN25; Pressure gauge port: DN25; Exhaust port: DN50.
  18. The lower manhole shall be as close to the grate as possible to facilitate slag discharge.

  2. TSG R0004-2012 Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Stationary Pressure Vessels;
  3. HG/T 20569-1994 and HG 20584-2011 Technical Requirements for Manufacturing of Steel Chemical Vessels;
  4. Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs (GMP).
