The collagen multi-functional extraction tank is composed of an extraction tank body, condenser, cooler, filter, and pneumatic control system for the slag discharge door. Its external structures mainly include positive conical extraction tanks, straight cylindrical extraction tanks, inclined conical extraction tanks, and inverted conical extraction tanks. The extraction tank is primarily made up of a tank main body, slag discharge door, feeding port, air cylinders, etc. All parts in contact with materials are manufactured from stainless steel, featuring good corrosion resistance and fully complying with GMP standards. The tank main body includes an inner cylinder, jacket layer, insulation layer, support lugs, and an air cylinder-driven slag discharge door. The foam catcher is installed on the evaporation chamber of the extraction tank, mainly used to eliminate foam generated during decoction and prevent medicinal residues in the vapor from entering the heat exchanger. The main function of the condenser is to condense vapor, while the cooler is used to cool the condensed liquid. The oil-water separator is for separating oily components.
