As the name suggests, the closed cold and hot cylinder is of a closed design, which differentiates it from other conventional cold and hot cylinders that are typically open-type with side-hinged lids. The closed cold and hot cylinder is composed of an upper conical head, an inner tank, a lower conical head, a jacket (either full jacket or spiral coil type), an outer casing, a stirring device, an electric motor reducer, a motor base, a thermometer, a liquid level gauge, and support legs. The motor is either imported or of high-quality domestic manufacture, ensuring that the motor reducer remains cool during prolonged operation, features a long service life, requires minimal maintenance, and operates with low noise levels.
The tank is equipped with various nozzles, including a feed inlet, discharge outlet, spare port, CIP port, SIP port, medium inlet/outlet, thermometer port, and liquid level gauge port. The connection method of the nozzles complies with standards.
