Weighing Batching Tank

Definition

A weighing batching tank is an ideal automated liquid preparation equipment that can automatically mix and proportion various raw materials

and auxiliary materials through different sequences and at different temperatures, controlled by an automatic program via a PLC touchscreen. It can both acquire weighing information and achieve weighing control, featuring good stability, high precision, continuous automatic weighing, real-time display of weighing results, and automatic liquid preparation. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food, beverages, fruit wine, condiments, fine chemicals, and oils.

Structural

It is composed of upper head,inner liner,lower head,jacket,(full jacket,spiral coil),outer cladding,stirring device,motor reducer,motor base,thermometer,level gauge,support legs,ect.The motor adopts imported or high-quality  domestic products.The motor reducer will not overheat after long-term operation,featuring long service life,minimal maintenance,and low noise.

Weighing System

The weighing system is an integration of weighing software and related hardware,with their collaborative operation constituing the system.Its purpose is to reduce labor input and improve management efficiency. The weighing system emerges to address issues such as problems in weighing operations and labor redundancy.

Three pressure-type weighing modules installed at the bottom of the batching tank transmit the tank’s weight signals to the junction box.The junction box connects signals from each weighing module in parallel,adjusts corner errors based on the loading conditions of each module,and sends the aggregated weight signals to the weighing terminal or weight transmitter.The weighing terminal or transmitter processes the weight signals into corresponding weight data.

Weighing Modules

A weighing module is a weighing component that integrates weighing sensors, load transmission devices, installation connectors, and other components. It is primarily used for process measurement and control where only vertical forces or minimal horizontal forces are involved. It can be conveniently connected to various containers or devices to achieve precise measurement. A weighing unit can consist of 3, 4, or more modules.
According to the force characteristics of electronic weighing modules in practical applications, they are classified into two types: static load weighing modules and dynamic load weighing modules.
  • Static load weighing modules are suitable for scnarios subjected to vertical forces only, such as weight detection for batching tanks, reaction kettles, tanks, and storage hoppers.
  • Dynamic load modules apply to occasions with significant acting forces, such as weight detection for platforms, production lines, and conveyor belts.
