Overview

The scraper thin film evaporator is suitable for the evaporation and concentration of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries. Specifically, it is especially applicable to heat-sensitive materials and high-viscosity materials. Additionally, we can use it for foaming and scaling-prone materials, and it features high evaporation and concentration efficiency. During operation, the scraper scrapes the material into an extremely thin and uniform film on the heating surface, pushes it downward for rapid evaporation, and this process ensures a fast evaporation rate.

2.1 Material Selection and Corrosion Resistance

We make the entire equipment of stainless steel 304/316L, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and meets the durability and hygiene needs of various industrial applications.

The complete set of equipment includes an evaporator, condenser, cooler, liquid receiver, internal connecting pipes, valves, supporting instruments, and more. Moreover, it features an aesthetic appearance and a unique structure. We apply a matte finish to the equipment shell, and we design the production process to strictly comply with the GMP quality standards for pharmaceutical production. It integrates stirring and evaporation functions, which together achieve good concentration results. We equip the upper part of the equipment with a defoaming device, which effectively prevents foam entrainment and liquid flooding. Additionally, we form the filter area of the defoamer by molding, with smooth transitions and no dead corners, ensuring easy cleaning and reliable performance.

The equipment has a compact structure with a small footprint, making it ideal for factories with limited space.
