Overview

The inverted conical multi-functional extraction tank is a type of multi-functional extraction tank, referred to as the inverted conical extraction tank for short. It is suitable for processes such as atmospheric pressure, slight pressure, water decoction, immersion, warm immersion, hot reflux, forced circulation percolation, aromatic oil recovery, and organic solvent recovery in industries like traditional Chinese medicine, food, chemical engineering, and cosmetics.

 

The inverted conical multi-functional extraction tank has a conical structure, with a small upper part and a large lower part, presenting an inverted conical shape. This kind of extraction tank facilitates slag discharge and has a good heating effect. However, relatively speaking, its manufacturing is more troublesome, and there is more waste material in the manufacturing process.

 

The inverted conical extraction tank is a relatively common extraction tank, suitable for the extraction and purification of materials with high solid content.

Structure and Characteristics

The inverted conical multi-functional extraction tank is an extraction tank with a conical bottom. The tank body is made of high-quality stainless steel 304 or 316L, and the inner surface of the equipment is polished, ensuring cleanliness without dead corners, residues, or adsorption. The wall thickness of the tank body is calculated based on the tank temperature, pressure, material corrosiveness, etc., featuring good pressure resistance, neat plate surface, and high extraction efficiency.

 

The slag discharge door adopts a patented design. After the main cylinder closes the slag discharge door, two horizontal cylinders push the rotating lock ring. The unique structure of the lock ring can make the slag discharge door rise and lock. The slag discharge door is safe, reliable, easy to operate, easy to open, and has good airtightness. It can achieve self-locking function in case of power and air failure. The slag discharge door designed by our company has no displacement, no leakage, no liquid running, and high safety, and can be self-locked.

 

The upper nozzle configuration of the extraction tank includes:
A. Quick-install manhole (feeding port) DN400, opening to the left;
B. 1 set of CIP universal cleaner, made of 304, which can rotate 360 degrees and clean thoroughly under 0.15kg or more;
C. Sight glass lamp (explosion-proof); meeting GMP requirements, working voltage 24V, sight glass made of tempered glass;
D. 1 bimetallic thermometer with a range of 0-150℃, 1 pressure gauge; 1 vacuum pressure gauge;
E. Nozzles: slag outlet, liquid inlet and outlet, condensation cooling water inlet and outlet, steam inlet and outlet, standby port, vent port, etc. (except that the thermometer and pressure gauge are threaded interfaces, the rest are quick-install connection methods);
F. Equipment component connecting elements such as pipes, valves, clamps, flanges, etc.
