Overview

The electric heating mixing tank, as the name suggests, uses an electric heating method. The electric heating mixing tank consists of an upper conical head, inner liner, lower conical head, full jacket, outer skin, stirring device, motor reducer, motor base, temperature gauge, level gauge, electric heating tube, and legs. The motor reducer can be imported or high-quality domestic products. The motor reducer does not overheat during long-term operation, ensuring a long service life, minimal maintenance, and low noise.

Design points

  1. Made of high-quality stainless steel S30408 or S31603 material, the inner surface is polished with mirror finish and the outer surface is drawn. There is no peeling on the inner and outer surfaces, suitable for sanitary workshops.

  4. Control Methods: Manual control involves using on/off buttons for the motor and reducer, with temperature displayed on-site. Material feeding is controlled by manual valves, and heating is managed through manual valve operations. Automatic control requires informing the process and then inputting the program into the PLC module. Features include fully automatic material feeding, heating, constant temperature control, and pressure control, all of which reduce the need for manual intervention

Closed hot and cold tanks are suitable for mixing, stirring, storage and transfer in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, textile and other industries.

Pipe opening configuration

The tank is equipped with feed port, discharge port, standby port, CIP port, SIP port, inlet and outlet medium port, temperature gauge port, level gauge port, electric heating tube, etc. The pipe port connection mode adopts standard pipe port.
