Structural Features

  1. The slag discharge door of the straight – tube extraction tank adopts a proprietary patented design. After the main cylinder closes the slag discharge door, two horizontal cylinders push the rotating lock ring. The unique structure of the lock ring can make the slag discharge door rise and lock. The slag discharge door has the characteristics of safety, reliability, easy operation, easy opening, and good airtightness. It can realize the self – locking function in case of power failure and gas failure. The slag discharge door designed by our company does not shift, does not leak, and is self – locking safely.
  2. The demister designed by our company adopts a detachable baffled plate type, which is convenient for cleaning.
  3. The oil – water separator, an auxiliary equipment of the extraction tank, is easy to clean, and can effectively separate the oil and water in the cooled liquid medicine, and has a protection structure to prevent the liquid medicine from flowing into the recovered volatile oil.
