Stainless steel plate frame filter

Stainless steel frame filters are typically made from high-quality stainless steel materials such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti or 316L, consisting of a perforated plate and a filter screen. The filter screen is usually wound from stainless steel wire or copper wire into a circular shape and fixed to the plate. Additionally, some models like SUS 304 or SUS 316L are also commonly used for manufacturing such filters.

The liquid to be filtered is pumped into each sealed filter chamber. Under working pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter membrane or other filter material and is discharged through the outlet, while the filter cake remains in the frame to achieve solid-liquid separation. Each filter plate has four corners with liquid passage holes, only two of which on one side are connected internally. During the filtration process, the raw material enters through the two liquid passage holes on one side of the filter frame, passes through the filter layer, and the clear liquid flows out from the two outlet holes on one side of the filter plate.
