Stainless Steel Chromatography Column

Use

Also known as a resin column, the stainless steel chromatography column is suitable for the physical separation of medicinal liquids in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals, with good separation effects. The medicinal liquid flows from top to bottom. The adsorbent material in the chromatography column retains the substances to be removed from the medicinal liquid. When the adsorbent material is saturated, another solvent is used to remove the adsorbed substances. The resin column is mainly used for adsorbing organic substances, biological microorganisms, harmful substances in liquids, and for decolorization. Different resin specifications or activated carbon specifications are selected mainly according to different materials.
Baffles and filter screens are set at the top and bottom of the column body. Resin or activated carbon is mainly placed inside the column. An observation window is set on the side, which is convenient for observing the adsorption situation inside the column. A glass or organic glass column makes it more convenient to observe the internal situation.
