Overview

Scraper thickener, also known as scraper thickening tank, scraper evaporator, or vacuum scraper thickener, is suitable for evaporation and concentration of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries. It is particularly applicable to heat-sensitive materials and high-viscosity materials, as well as foaming and scaling-prone materials, featuring high evaporation and concentration efficiency. The material is scraped into an extremely thin and uniform film on the heating surface, pushed downward for rapid evaporation, ensuring a fast evaporation rate.

 

The equipment is entirely manufactured from stainless steel 304/316L, offering excellent corrosion resistance. The complete set includes an evaporator, condenser, cooler, liquid receiver, internal connecting pipes, valves, supporting instruments, etc., with an aesthetically pleasing and unique structure. The equipment shell has a matte finish, and the production process complies with the GMP quality standards for pharmaceutical production. With stirring and evaporation functions, it achieves good concentration results, making it suitable for heat transfer, evaporation, and concentration of high-viscosity materials.

Equipment Characteristics

  1. The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a defoaming device, which effectively prevents foam entrainment and flooding phenomena.
  2. It features a compact structure with a small footprint. The filter area of the defoamer is molded by compression, with smooth transitions and no dead corners.
  3. All materials are made of stainless steel, and both internal and external surfaces are polished, complying with GMP requirements.
  4. It adopts advanced domestic reduction motors, which have the advantages of low energy consumption, excellent performance, high efficiency, small vibration, low noise, and a compact and delicate design.
