Overview

Magnetic Stirring Solution Preparation Tanks, abbreviated as magnetic solution preparation tanks or magnetic stirring tanks, include bottom-magnetic and top-magnetic stirring solution preparation tanks. They primarily replace the stirring system, transmission system, and mechanical seal of ordinary solution preparation tanks and stirring tanks with magnetic stirrers. Classified as aseptic solution preparation tanks, the magnetic stirrers designed by our company are hygienic, free of dead corners, and leak-proof.

 

Using magnetic drive devices without mechanical seals, magnetic stirring solution preparation tanks eliminate leakage, ensuring solution preparation occurs in a sterile and contamination-free environment. They replace the mechanical seal-type stirring structure of ordinary solution preparation tanks, enabling in-line cleaning and aseptic operation. These tanks are widely applicable in biological products, cell suspensions, large and small infusions, food solution preparation, pharmaceutical solution preparation, etc.

 

With a capacity range of 10 to 10,000 liters, magnetic stirring solution preparation tanks feature uniquely designed impellers. Components in contact with materials are made of stainless steel 304 or 316L, with the inner surface mirror-polished for a smooth, dead-corner-free finish. The magnetic stirring motors can be selected as fixed-speed or frequency-controlled, enabling explosion-proof functions, timed stirring, and other features.

Composition

Generally structured as a three-layer vertical design, it mainly consists of an inner cylinder, jacket, thermal insulation medium, insulated outer cladding, upper and lower heads, stainless steel agitators (anchor type, paddle type, spiral type, dispersion disc, etc.), transmission devices (motor, speed reducer, or pneumatic motor), sealing devices (mechanical seal, skeleton oil seal, packing seal), and supports (platforms, legs, supports, movable casters), among others.

Functions

Magnetic stirring solution preparation tanks feature in-line cleaning, in-place sterilization, in-place heating and cooling, in-place stirring, and solution preparation. As needed, they can also achieve online liquid level display and control, flow and weighing measurement, in-place sampling, temperature display and control, etc. Conventional nozzles on the tank include cleaning ports, feeding ports, discharging ports, emptying ports, spare ports, temperature measuring ports, pressure gauge ports, etc. The electrical control box of the magnetic stirring solution preparation tank can be equipped with manual knob switch control or touch screen control.
