First, workers put water and TCM into the extraction tank. They then supply a heat source to the tank.
When the tank boils, they reduce the heat source. This keeps the tank boiling continuously.
The maintenance time depends on the specific extraction process. For closed extraction, workers need to use cooling water.
The cooling water cools the steam, which then returns to the extraction tank. This maintains circulation and stable temperature.
Workers first add medicine and alcohol into the tank. They must keep the tank airtight during the process.
They steam the jacketed heat source to heat the tank. When the tank reaches the required temperature, they turn on the cooling water.
They also reduce the heat source supply at this point. This allows the rising alcohol vapor to pass through the condenser.
The condenser turns the vapor into liquid alcohol, which flows back into the tank. To improve efficiency, workers can use a pump for forced circulation.
The pump sucks the liquid medicine from the lower part of the tank. It then pumps the liquid back into the upper part of the tank.
This circulation relieves local channeling and ensures uniform extraction.
First, workers add TCM and water containing volatile oil into the extraction tank. They then open the circulation valve of the oil separator.
They adjust the bypass return valve accordingly. When the temperature reaches the volatile point, they open the heat source valve.
They also turn on the cooling water to cool the vapor. The cooled liquid medicine must maintain a certain height in the separator.
This height helps separate the oil from the liquid. Workers then use the oil-water separator in rotation to complete the extraction.
Workers add alcohol into the cylinder first. They then turn on the cooling water for the steam.
After that, they open the recovery valve to start the alcohol recovery process.
