Use of stainless steel mixing tank

ThFirst, the stainless steel mixing tank mainly consists of three parts. These parts are the tank body, jacket, and mixing system.

It is suitable for mechanical mixing of specific materials. These materials include flammable, explosive, toxic, and odorous substances.

It also works for dissolving and sterilizing materials under a certain pressure. The fermentation process usually takes a long time.

This equipment can operate at constant pressure for more than 24 hours. It is especially suitable for bioengineering equipment.

Bioengineering production does not allow any trace leakage or pollution. This mixing tank meets this strict requirement.

Performance of Stainless Steel Mixing Tank

First, Kehao brand mixing tanks strictly follow specific rules. They comply with Articles 31 and 32 of the GMP General Rules.

These rules come from the "Pharmaceutical Production Quality Management Code" (Revised Edition in 1998).

We design, manufacture and accept the tanks according to two standards. These are "Steel Pressure Vessel" (GB150-1998) and "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessel" (JB/T4735-1997).

We use high-temperature resistant and anti-aging materials for the container insulation. Specifically, we use polyurethane foam or pearl cotton.

Next, the mixing form has two options. It can be magnetic stirring or mechanical stirring, depending on process requirements.

All interfaces adopt a quick-loading chuck type. We use imported 316L or 304 materials for the inner liner.

The inner surface undergoes mirror polishing, with Ra≤0.28µm. The outer surface has multiple options.

These options include polished matt, mirror, sandblasted, or cold-rolled primary color matt.

The nozzle is equipped with various components. It has a liquid level meter (digital display or glass tube type) and an air respirator port.

It also has a thermometer (digital display or dial type) and a CIP cleaning port. Additionally, it includes a sight glass and an explosion-proof sight light.

Moreover, it has a CIP sterilization port, liquid inlet and outlet ports, and a clean manhole.

The volume has multiple specifications, ranging from 50L to 20000L. Besides, we can design and manufacture it according to customers’ actual needs.
