2. For alcohol extraction: first add the medicine and alcohol to the tank, it must be airtight, steam the sandwich heat source, and turn on the cooling water to reduce the supply of heat source when the tank reaches the required temperature, so that the rising vapor alcohol can pass through the condenser and become liquid alcohol and return to the tank. In order to improve efficiency, a pump can be used to force circulation, so that the liquid medicine is sucked out from the lower part of the tank through the pump and then the upper part of the tank is imported back into the tank, relieving the local ditch flow.
3. Oil extraction: First add the traditional Chinese medicine and water containing volatile oil to the extraction tank, open the circulation valve of the oil separator, adjust the bypass return valve, and open the heat source valve to open the cooling water for cooling when the volatile temperature is reached. The cooled liquid medicine should be kept at a certain height in the separator to separate it, and then the oil-water separator should be used in rotation.
4. Alcohol recovery: Add alcohol to the cylinder, turn on the cooling water for the steam, and then open the recovery valve.
